Idea to get started
Create a heat protection plan: which measure applies at which temperature? (blinds, fans, water dispensers, flexible working hours, remote work). Heat protection info email at the start of the season. Identify risk groups (outdoor work, physically demanding jobs). Increase the beverage budget.
