Sugar-Free September
A one-month challenge: the company reduces sugar in the cafeteria, employees avoid added sugar. High awareness effect, strong gamification potential. Modeled on Dry January.
Idea to get started
Challenge board (physical or digital). Involve the cafeteria partner: highlight reduced-sugar options. Weekly impulses (sugar facts, alternative snacks). Joint finale with a sugar-free snack buffet.
