Ten minutes of movement in the morning is not a fitness programme – it is a starting signal. The Morning Workout sets a short exercise plan every day: upper body, core, endurance, legs and mobility, with Sunday as a rest day. All it takes is a mat; weights are optional.
Why in the morning Starting the day with movement means it is done before meetings and emails fill the calendar. Later in the day every session competes with urgent work – in the morning it does not. The daily check-in and the visible streak turn the intention into a habit: after 30 completed workouts the first milestone is reached.
As a measure or as a health app The same template can be used in two ways. As a measure, the whole company starts together: everyone has the same plan on the same day, the reminder arrives in the morning, and the dashboard shows how many take part. As a health app, the workout is permanently available in the employee portal and everyone does it at their own pace – no start date, no group. Both need the employee portal: that is where employees subscribe, check off their sessions and see their progress. The portal is included from the Starter plan.
How you can tell it is working Not by a peak in the first week, but by check-ins still coming in after a month. Managers who join in themselves and mention it in their team are the strongest lever.
