In-House CrossFit WOD: The Box Comes to You
A CrossFit box comes to your company: WOD (Workout of the Day) right in the company parking lot or the cafeteria. 45-60 minutes of functional training for 10-50 employees. No prior experience needed, fully scalable (from beginner to pro). Weekly or monthly repetition possible. Strengthens community and movement routine.
Idea to get started
Ask a local CrossFit box: "Will you come to us?" (many offer corporate events). Equipment is included. A parking lot is enough space. Build a monthly WOD series (April-October). Tracking: which employee improves the most? Closing event in October.

Only 29% of 18- to 64-year-olds in Germany meet both WHO activity recommendations: enough aerobic activity plus muscle strengthening on at least two days a week.
