Spring Fatigue
Spring fatigue affects 60% of Germans (March/April). Causes: hormonal shifts (melatonin/serotonin), vitamin D deficiency after winter, the clock change. Not an illness, but it causes a significant drop in productivity. Simple remedies: light, exercise, nutrition.
Idea to get started
Intranet campaign: "5 tips against spring fatigue." Tip 1: lunchtime walks (light!). Tip 2: vitamin D check with the company physician. Tip 3: cut back on coffee, drink more water. Restock the fruit basket. Launch a movement challenge (season kickoff for the running group).
