Headache and Migraine Day
Day of action by the German Migraine and Headache Society. Migraine and tension headaches are widespread and cost many working days – people often keep working in silence.
Idea to get started
Address common triggers at work: drinking too little, skipped breaks, screen work, poor lighting, stress. Check screens and lighting. Offer a quiet room that can be darkened. Anyone with frequent headaches: get it checked by a doctor instead of taking painkillers long-term.
