World Day for Physical Activity (April 6)
Worldwide action day on April 6, recognised by the WHO since 2002. A low-threshold company movement day: not about athletic performance, but fun and community. All fitness levels welcome. Health insurers can support such an action day as part of a WHP project under Section 20b SGB V (German law); ask your insurer.
Idea to get started
Half-day event: joint walk (5km), optional sport stations (bocce, volleyball, yoga mat). Introduce the company sports club and recruit new members. Healthy snacks and a smoothie bar. Managers visibly participate.
